Landon the Water Bug

We are just three weeks into Landon's new swim lessons and he has already been moved up to "Babies three!" Little Man just loves to be in the water and is learning his new skills very quickly. We have been working on Chooing-Chooing around the edge of the pool, which is using his hands to hold on to the wall while moving to a position where he can climb out of the water. He is also learning to kick while swimming under water and how to fall into the pool and quickly find the wall again.
He gets so excited when we arrive at the pool and equally upset when the lesson is over and we have to get out. His lessons are only once a week and he spends much of the rest of the week asking when we get to "SWIM" again. I am so excited that he has found a love for one of my passions and seems to be a natural at it! I'm really hoping that his love of the water sticks and we will have many great memories of swim meets and water events! As thoughs are some of my fondest memories from my childhood.
