Just want to give everyone fair warning before they hit play... watching this will probably make your heart stop beating. I held my breath everyday for 6 weeks! But it's very well worth it...for Little Man now has the skills he needs so that he can save himself if he were to ever fall into water! It was a very cool process and he's instructor Amy was amazing. As you will see, when he goes under, he can flip himself over and find the surface. He will then float on his back with his face out of the water until someone can save him. He is getting pushed by the current because we had to have that lesson in the spa because the water heaters had been shut off and it was the only place warm enough. So it was hard to get a good video, but you get the idea.
